How HomeCoach? Our methods
Human touch is vital when you are vulnerable. New technology can bring convenience and improve care for everyone, but the compassion that comes from personally connecting with someone will always be the mainstay of quality care.Bernard J. Tyson

For us at Homecoach we believe that the human touch is important whether it is in learning or sports or religion or in healthcare. Have you once downloaded all those videos to learn something and still needed a human being to give perspective and direction? Yes, I have. Have you wanted to learn something and couldn't afford a very good teacher that you know? Have you wanted the help of a very good doctor and could not afford his time? We are going to be making these more possible by applying technology while ensuring that the human agents (Teachers, Coaches, Pastors, Imams, Doctor, Nurses) is well taken care of. This is very important so that these agents can focus on the trade and deepen their authenticity in what they know.
In most of the third world, this is usually not the case as teachers, coaches and healthcare practitioners are often poor. I for example have taught for several years, with my students all over the world, yet until recently I could only barely feed and pay my rent. Many of us don't make it to safety like I did. They often die wretched, leaving wife and children broken, beaten, battered, burnt and busted. Many begin to cut corners to make money and doing very many other unethical things which further jeopardizes their endeavors, professions and callings. This is why in most of the developing world, you hardly find a sector of human endeavor that is not in need of restoration and transformation.
At the moment, we are beginning in Nigeria with learning. So in any of the 36 states of Nigeria and the federal capital territory. If there is something you want to learn and you need an authentic and ethical human being to help you, you can visit our Twitter page (@homecoachng) to learn how to contact us or simply comment on this blog post.
